AS ALWAYS, THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND. THE OPEN PUBLIC FORUM FOR ADDRESSING THE TOPICS ON THE EVENING'S AGENDA AND NEW TOPICS WILL BE HELD AT THE END OF THE MEETING.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN PURSUANT TO SECTION 1650 OF THE

NEW YORK STATE VEHICLE AND TRAFFIC LAW, THAT

CRONKHITE ROAD WILL BE CLOSED TO ANY VEHICLE WITH A

GROSS WEIGHT (TRUCK PLUS LOAD) IN EXCESS OF FOUR (4)

TONS PER AXLE SUCH RESTRICTIONS WILL GO INTO EFFECT ON

JULY 1^ST 2010, WHEN NOTICES ARE POSTED ON THE ROADS.

CRONKHITE ROAD WILL BE THE FIRST OF SEVERAL ROADS

THAT WILL HAVE WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS GOING FORWARD.
